1) The Lagnagaath service (referred to herein as ‘Lagnagaath’ or ‘the service’) is intended as a way for adults to meet each other online. Lagnagaath is provided by Sakal Papers Ltd, located at 595, Budhwar Peth, Pune 411002. 2) Every member is required to furnish Proof of Identity and of Residence ( Read instructions) and the clause may not be waived under any conditions. 

3) Minors are not eligible to become members of this service. When you register Sakal Papers Ltd. will require that you provide sufficient information to indicate that you are at least 18 years old. By becoming a member, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. 

4) The terms of the agreement are subject to change by Sakal Papers Ltd. at any time, and the changes will become effective upon notice to you. The latest terms as displayed on the site will be binding at the time of registration.

5) Sakal Papers Ltd. reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Lagnagaath service, without notice, upon any breach of this Agreement by you which is brought to the attention of Sakal Papers Ltd.

6) Your information will be uploaded on this site once all the formalities are complete and relevant documents have been received at eSakal and will then be displayed on site for the duration of one year. The information may be removed from the site at an earlier date by sending a notice to eSakal.com at Sakal Papers Ltd. or an email to eSakal.com at lagnagaath@esakal.com. In all such correspondence you are required to quote your login ID to ensure the validity of the communication. 

7) Your membership in the lagnagaath service is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your membership, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity.

8) ONLINE CONDUCT: As a Member, you agree that you are solely responsible for the content or information you publish or display (that is, "post") on the lagnagaath service, or which you transmit to other lagnagaath Members. 

9) You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Lagnagaath Members. Sakal Papers Ltd. reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other members, under any circumstances.

10) Material Submitted by the Users: Certain elements of the site will contain material submitted by users. Sakal Papers Limited accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of such material 

11) The photograph and information provided by you will be maintained at Sakal Papers Ltd. and will not be returned under any circumstances at any time during or after the tenure of membership. 

12) Any member of lagnagaath should kindly inform eSakal, 595, Budhwar Peth, Pune whenever he /she gets married during his/her registration period.

13) There is no deposit amount for Membership of lagnagaath. 

14) The payable amount for registration of lagnagaath should be paid in full. No part payment is allowed. Amount once received for registration will not be refunded in any circumstances. Sakal Papers reserves the right of revising the registration charges for Lagnagaath without prior notice. Such revision will however be binding only on new registrations, not on earlier ones. 

15) Members of lagnagaath will receive news letters and related commercial information from time to time at the member's e-mail or postal address.

16) This agreement will be governed by and shall be construed in accordance with Indian law, and the court of Pune shall have the jurisdiction to deal with any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement. 

17) Sakal Papers Limited /eSakal.com shall have no liability to you for any interruption or delay in access to the site irrespective of the cause. 

18) All the contents of this site are only for general information or use. They do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making (or refraining from making) any decision. Sakal Papers Ltd hereby excludes any warranty, express or implied, as to the quality, accuracy, timeliness, completeness, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose of the site or any of its contents. Sakal papers Limited will not be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages of loss of business projects, or loss of profits) arising in contract, tort or otherwise from the use of or inability to use the site, or any of its contents, or from any action taken (or refrained from being taken) as a result of using the Site or any such content. Sakal Papers Limited makes no warranty that the contents of the site are free from viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties.
